The Volunteer Monitor Program is a joint initiative between ARRL and the FCC to enhance compliance in the Amateur Radio community. Riley Hollingsworth is the program coordinator responsible for its successful track record of stemming illegal and unacceptable behavior on the ham bands. Riley is a leader in the legal and ham communities. He is a former FCC special counsel handling Amateur Radio enforcement and managing the interference resolution programs in the Land Mobile and Public Safety services. Riley has been a ham since 1960, is a member of the Quarter Century Wireless and FISTS CW associations and also served as ARRL Atlantic Division Vice Director.
