Orange County Luncheon Recap

Our April Orange County PAPA System luncheon was held at the Sizzler Restaurant in Fullerton. As usual, VE ham license testing preceded the meeting and 6 people sat for exams. When finished, there were 3 new Technicians and 2 upgrades to General. A drawing for a TYT handheld was conducted and the winner was Brandon Goldsmith. The meeting started after a brief intermission (we were hungry and had to order lunch) at 11:30. Although our attendance was impacted by a concurrent event in Big Bear, those at the meeting engaged in vigorous discussion.
