Orange County PAPA Luncheon
The PAPA Orange County Luncheon was held on Saturday May 23
As we traditionally do, VE testing precedes the actual meeting. All eight testing for Technician passed. Six of them signed up for the Quick-Start program too!
We had 37 people attend this luncheon. Bill, KQ6BIL opened the meeting, Darren WD6USN gave a status report on PAPA repeaters and repeater sites, and Cecil, WD6FZA, reminded everyone to buy their meal tickets online for the upcoming PAPA Picnic. The caterer needs a good count to have enough meals for everyone.
Bill followed with the raffle prizes available and a thank you to all PAPA partners before drawing the raffle winner.
Jason Weng KG6HZZ won the raffle. He chose the Allstarlink Node HotSpotRadio.
