The Swap Meet Champion is responsible for organizing, managing and executing a “PAPA Swap Meet“. We have several members interested in such an event, and they have completed preliminary work on gauging interest and researching venues, however we need a Project Manager to oversee and coordinate the effort.
Duties include recruiting volunteers, assigning them tasks and monitoring progress; updating the Steering Committee; coordinating with the PAPA Web Team for promotion via the PAPA website and email campaigns.
Tasks include securing an event venue; recruit sellers; recruiting volunteers to work tables, parking lot, snacks and/or other positions as identified; promote via PAPA website, email campaigns, QST and other appropriate media.
We have approximately a dozen members who have indicated they would like to be a part of making a PAPA Swap Meet a success… we just need their Leader.
