PAPA is sad to report that Ron Migdal, KN6APO, has gone Silent Key.
A funeral for Ron was held on May 23, 2024, 10:00am at Mount Sinai Hollywood Hills. Several PAPA members were in attendance. Our own Matt, K3MAT, spoke and shared about Ron’s life and passions, providing the connections for all his different circles in attendance to see just how full a life Ron lived.
In addition to being active on our analog network, Ron was involved with hosting our breakfasts in the Los Angeles area. We will miss you Ron!

Sad News. I knew Ron was not in best of health, however I did not know how bad it was. R.I.P. Ron!!!!
I will miss Ron very much and cherish the memories at Fromans deli and Douglas Park in Santa Monica for our breakout sessions. We all had great times they’re sharing stories Ron loved to smoke cigars with friends and mostly I will miss his beautiful smile and his courage and the love for his friends that were so close.
