
PAPA is looking for Coordinators for our Breakfasts, Luncheons and In-Person Events.
“PAPA has The Best in-person events… who makes all that magic happen?” Why our team of Breakfast/Luncheon Coordinators, that’s who.
Each of our regional in-person events has a Coordinator. This is the person who makes sure we have a venue for the event and welcomes you at the door. They typically are the Master of Ceremonies, may arrange for a presentation, help coordinate any amateur license testing for the event and provide a quick recap for the website. They are supported by the Team Captain, Lou W8LOU to ensure successful regional in-person events.
Coordinator duties include:
- Secure venue
- Plan for presentation/discussion topic
- Serve as or arrange for an Event Host/Master of Ceremonies
- Coordinate amateur license exam session
- Coordinate with PAPA Web Team for promotion via the PAPA website and email campaigns
- Provide PAPA Web Team with an after-event report and images
