Located at an elevation of 5074 feet, Lukens offers amazing coverage of the LA/OC area, offshore to Catalina and Santa Cruz islands, as well as portions of Ventura county and the Inland Empire. By swapping DMR and P25 repeaters between Lukens and Wilson, the PAPA TechTeam has provided a more balanced positioning of our digital assets.
