Admin Services Lead

General Description: PAPA AdminServices encompases managing the administrative aspects of the PAPA System including budget, official communications from PAPA Systems, Inc., establishing policies and procedures, site management and licences. Provide support for monthly PAPA breakfast/lunch events and annual summer picnic and winter fiesta.

Duties Include: 

  • Coordinate the preparation of the annual budget including planned equipment and technology upgrades
  • Prepare and transmit official communications from PAPA System, Inc.
  • Ensure timely and accurate frequency coordination submissions
  • Maintain PAPA shared calendar
  • Call and direct administrative meetings as needed
  • Coordinate the creation and updating of PAPA System policies, procedures and memorandums of understanding
  • Ensure site management activities and tasks are undertaken in a timely manner including:
    • Repeater licenses
    • Site agreements
    • Echolink/IRLP/Allstar registrations
  • Support Admin, Web Services, Operations and Technical Systems as requested
  • Participate regularly in Steering Committee meetings
  • Participate on-air
