    Dear PAPA System Member,

    2023 was a year of record growth for the PAPA System with the addition of several repeaters and refurbishment and modernization of several of our sites. Looking forward to 2024 PAPA has additional sites and modes to “turn up”, as well as maintaining  our current network at the highest level of availability. Your financial participation is vital to the continued operations of the PAPA System.

    The PAPA System is a 501 (c) (3) Corporation and your donation may be tax deductible. Please consult your tax professional to arrive at a donation strategy that is best for you.
