If you wish to join and become a full member of the PAPA System, please do the following:

1) If you have already registered as a Guest on this website, you may complete your membership application by sending a check for $120.00 USD payable to "The PAPA System" along with your full name, call sign, and website username to the following address:

2) If you have not yet registered on the website please register now, then complete step 1 above.

3) If you are unable to register on the website, please print and complete the PAPA System Membership Application (see PDF attached below). Send the Application with your check, in the amount of $120 USD for your membership dues, payable to "The PAPA System" to:
